On April 29, 2013, the NYC culinary scene, including the city's most notable chefs and bartenders, united under one roof for Taste of the Nation NYC, providing an exclusive opportunity for attendees to mix and mingle with the city's top toques while savoring their creative dishes and libations. One of the primary goals of Taste of the Nation NYC is to raise awareness about Share Our Strength and No Kid Hungry. On top of that, we raised $160,00 this year, adding to the $5+ million Taste of the Nation NYC has raised since 1988. Thank you to all participating restaurants, sponsors, guests, donors and volunteers for doing their part to make No Kid Hungry a reality.
Funds raised through Taste of the Nation NYC 2013support No Kid Hungry®, Share Our Strength’s national campaign to end childhood hunger in America and these local beneficiaries: City Harvest, Food Bank for New York City, Just Food, New York City Coalition Against Hunger, and New York State Nutrition Consortium.
