Honorary Chef Chair Tim McKee invites you to the Guthrie Theater on June 25 to sample the Twin Cities' hottest food and drink trends at the Share Our Strength's Taste of the Nation Minneapolis HOTlist: chefs will offer portions of their very best dishes for you to taste, and bartenders will shake up unique cocktails and pour fine wine and beer for your enjoyment. Whose cuisine will reign supreme? Cast your vote for your favorite dish of the night to decide.
This year, we are moving down to the fourth floor spaces of the Guthrie to bring you an even bigger and more incredible lineup of local restaurants committed to Share Our Strength's vision to ending childhood hunger. HOTlist 2012 will again feature a silent auction filled with delightful packages and unique experiences. You can also enjoy great music, dancing, and scenic views of the Mississippi river from the endless bridge.
Did you know that there are over 231,000 food insecure children in our state? You can fight childhood hunger by enjoying a night out to great food and drink--there's no way as fun and tasty as this to make a difference for the children who need your help. Your $75 General Admission ticket purchase can connect a child with 750 nutritious meals, and your $100 VIP ticket purchase can help deliver mobile meals to a child in need for nearly three months. We can ensure that no child grows up hungry in the world's wealthiest nation.

Taste of the Nation Minneapolis HOTlist, held in June, was launched four years ago as the area’s premier young professional food and beverage event. Gathering together 300 of the city’s young taste-makers and trend-setters, HOTlist features the year’s hottest restaurants and food trends. The evening also showcases dynamic mixology, craft beer, and spirits in a summer evening filled with great DJs and dancing.
Taste of the Nation Minneapolis, held in September, is an elegant evening of fine dining featuring the area’s most acclaimed chefs cooking table side. The Graves 601, the city’s most luxurious hotel destination, plays host to an evening featuring fine wines, beers and spirits, exciting live and silent auctions and a great spirit of fun.
