Taste of the Nation Minneapolis HOTlist, held in annually June, was launched four years ago as the area’s premier young professional food and beverage event. Gathering together 300 of the city’s young taste-makers and trend-setters, HOTlist features the year’s hottest restaurants and food trends. The evening also showcases dynamic mixology, craft beer, and spirits in a summer evening filled with great DJs and dancing.
Taste of the Nation Minneapolis, held in September, is an elegant evening of fine dining featuring the area’s most acclaimed chefs cooking table side. The Graves 601, the city’s most luxurious hotel destination, plays host to an evening featuring fine wines, beers and spirits, exciting live and silent auctions and a great spirit of fun.
